A purpose-built OB vehicle keeps the technical production outside the room, with bonded LTE connectivity alongside the venue network to reduce reliance on venue broadband.

Professional multi-camera live streaming
There is a large gap between a laptop at the back of a room and a live production, and everyone watching can tell which one they are getting. Fixed wide shots, sound picked up by a camera microphone and nobody deciding where to look are why most streamed events lose their audience in the first ten minutes.

Direction is what makes it watchable
Several cameras only help if somebody is cutting between them properly. A live director following the speaker, the reaction, the detail and the wide is what turns a recording of an event into something people stay with. Robotic and tracking cameras are used where the room suits them.
Audio is what makes people leave
Viewers forgive an imperfect picture and switch off bad sound within seconds. We take a proper feed rather than relying on a camera microphone, and mix and master it live so speakers, music, questions from the floor and the room itself all sit where they should.
Outside broadcast, and honest words about connectivity
The OB vehicle gives a central production environment, live switching and audio management away from the audience. It carries bonded LTE that can run alongside the venue network to reduce reliance on venue broadband. We will not claim guaranteed uptime or failure-proof streaming, because no honest supplier can. We will tell you what the risks are at your venue and what we do about them.
Where it goes, and what you keep
Streams can be delivered through your own website, an embedded player, YouTube, Facebook, several destinations at once, or a private page for an invited audience only. Afterwards you get the recording, and we can cut it into sessions, highlights or clips for social media.
Questions about live streaming
How many cameras do we need?
It depends on the room and what matters. A single speaker on a stage can work with two or three. A panel, an awards evening or a performance with several focal points usually needs more, and we can run up to six with operators. We would rather talk you down to the right number than sell you extra cameras.
What if the venue internet is poor?
This is the most common risk, so we plan for it. The outside broadcast vehicle carries bonded LTE connectivity that can run alongside or instead of the venue network. We will not promise a stream can never drop, because nobody honest can, but we will tell you what we do to make it unlikely and what the fallback is.
Can the stream be private?
Yes. It can go to a password protected page, an invited audience or a closed internal group, as well as or instead of a public platform. Funerals and internal broadcasts are usually private, and that is straightforward to set up.
Can we stream to more than one place at once?
Yes. A stream can run to your own website, YouTube and Facebook simultaneously, or to a private page alongside a public one. We agree the destinations in advance so nothing is decided on the day.
Do we get a recording afterwards?
Yes, and it is often more valuable than the live stream. You get a clean recording, and we can edit it into sessions, highlights or social clips if you want that.
Something happening that people cannot all attend?
Book a call and tell us about the room, the audience and the date. We will be straight about how many cameras it genuinely needs, what the venue connection can take and what we would do differently if the internet there is poor.
