Before you switch: a short checklist

• Note your builder plan's renewal date, so you stop paying at the right moment and never pay for two services at once
• Check where your domain is registered and make sure you have access to the account; the domain moves with you and stays in your name
• Gather your content: your text, your images and anything else you want carried over. We handle the rest
• Export anything the platform holds for you, such as product lists or contact details, before the account closes
